The apartment is great for the price. Nice size. Decent location. The office staff is nice and the maintenance team is extremely helpful when you need them. They even do events every month for the people that live here!

Moved in at the end of December 2023. I like it. I have quiet neighbors. Always cleaned and picked up. Rent is reasonable, considering the increase in prices. I think it's fair. Management has been personable and fair. So far, I've enjoyed staying there. Thank you.

I’ve been here for a while now and I can say it’s great. The office lady goes out of her way to answer any question you might have and doesn’t seem to mind at all. Maintenance guy seems to know how to fix everything!
